Went in for my first tattoo today – simple design on my arm – done by Jack. Everyone working there was incredibly friendly, really reassuring (as I was a bit nervous). Having emailed my design in before my visit, Jack was well-prepared, went through everything very clearly with me before the tattoo to set my mind at ease – actual process pretty painless, very efficient and I cannot believe the quality – totally perfect, exceeds expectations!!!! Very helpful about aftercare as well, really reassuring. I’d recommend to anyone, whether a first-timer or not, these people are the BOMB.
