Position: Senior Studio Assistant at Cloak and Dagger Tattoo Parlour

Reports to: Studio Owner

Salary: Based on Experience

Overall Responsibility: The Senior Studio Assistant is responsible for the day to day running of the studio, dealing with customers and the management of artists diaries.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

– Management of artist diaries.
– Communicate with existing and potential customers in person, by phone and via email.
– Deal with any customer issues.
– Keep the studio social media outlets updated through the day (facebook, instagram).
– Organise all the necessary arrangements for conventions (travel, bookings etc)
– Make sure the cleanliness of the studio is maintained and manage the studio assistant to ensure this is the case.
– Update studio accounting spreadsheets

People to consult with:

The Senior Studio Assistant will communicate with all the artists and other members of staff on a daily basis as well as existing and potential customers and various other external business representatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

The applicant must have a C or higher in both GCSE maths and English, and a good level of computer literacy is essential. As well as this good communication and organisational skills are a must. Due to the busy nature of the studio you must be able to multi-task and take lead in a situation when more senior members of staff are not present.

The studio has built a good reputation and we are constantly looking to make improvements. We are therefore looking for someone who can go that extra mile and who’s ambition matches our own.
