Welcome to Cloak & Dagger Tattoo Removal. These Terms and Conditions outline the terms under which Bestall Limited, trading as Cloak & Dagger Tattoo Removal ("we," "us," or "our"), provides laser tattoo removal services to our clients ("you" or "your"). By booking an appointment or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

We offer the following laser tattoo removal services:
- Single Sessions
- Packages of 3 Sessions
- Packages of 6 Sessions
- Full Removal Service
Tattoo Sizes and Appointment Durations:
- Very Small Tattoos: Up to 3x3 cm (30-minute appointments)
- Small Tattoos: Up to 6x6 cm (30-minute appointments)
- Medium Tattoos: Up to 10x10 cm (30-minute appointments)
- Large Tattoos: Up to 18x18 cm (30-minute appointments)
- Extra Large Tattoos: Up to 25x25 cm (60-minute appointments)
Note: A free patch test or a signed waiver is required for all treatments prior to commencing laser sessions.
- Eligibility
- Clients Aged 18 and Over:
- Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive treatments without parental consent.
- Clients Under 18:
- Clients under the age of 18 may receive treatments only under the following conditions:
- Presence of a parent or legal guardian during the initial consultation.
- Valid identification (ID) for both the client and the parent or guardian.
- Documentation proving the relationship between the client and the parent or guardian, such as a birth certificate.
- Clients under the age of 18 may receive treatments only under the following conditions:
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any person if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
- Appointments
4.1. Booking Appointments
- Appointments can be booked in person, by phone, or via our website.
- No deposit is required to secure an appointment, except under certain circumstances such as after missed appointments (see 5.3 below)
4.2. Appointment Confirmation
- We will confirm your appointment via email or text message, including the date, time, and location.
4.3. Arrival Time
- Please be at the shop by the time of your scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling.
4.4. Late Arrivals
- If you are late for your appointment:
- Up to 15 Minutes Late: We will make every effort to accommodate you, but your treatment time may be reduced accordingly.
- More Than 15 Minutes Late: Your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and may be considered a missed appointment.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
5.1. Notice Requirements
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
5.2. Missed Appointments
- Failure to provide the required notice or failure to attend your appointment will be considered a missed appointment.
5.3. Repeat Missed Appointments
- If you miss more than one appointment, the following applies:
- Deposit Requirement:
- You will be required to pay a fully refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of one single session for your tattoo size category to secure future appointments.
- Deposit Amounts by Tattoo Size:
- Very Small Tattoo: £100
- Small Tattoo: £120
- Medium Tattoo: £180
- Large Tattoo: £260
- Extra Large Tattoo: £360
- Deposit Requirement:
- Deposit Forfeiture:
- This deposit will be forfeited if you miss any further appointments without the required notice.
- A new deposit will be required to rebook after forfeiture.
- Deposit Refund:
- The deposit will be refunded upon completion of your treatments, provided no further appointments are missed.
- Payment Terms
6.1. Payment Methods
- We accept payment by cash, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
- All treatments must be paid for in full prior to or at the time of each session.
6.2. Packages
- Packages of 3 or 6 sessions must be paid in full before commencing treatment.
6.3. Refunds
- Once treatment has begun, refunds are only available as follows:
- You will be refunded the total amount paid minus the number of sessions already received, charged at the individual session price.
- Example: If you paid £1,080 for a medium full removal package and have received 5 sessions at £180 per session, the refund will be calculated as £1,080 - (5 sessions x £180) = £180 refundable.
- You will be refunded the total amount paid minus the number of sessions already received, charged at the individual session price.
- No administrative fees apply to refunds.
- Refunds will be processed within 28 working days of approval.
- Packages and Validity
7.1. Validity Period
- There is no fixed time limit to use your purchased sessions.
- To keep your package active, you must have completed at least one session within any consecutive 12-month period.
- If no sessions are undertaken within a 12-month period, the remaining sessions may be forfeited without refund.
7.2. Non-Transferable
- Packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the original client.
- Full Removal Service
8.1. Description
- Our full removal service offers continuous treatment until all removable ink is eliminated from the agreed tattoo(s).
- Treatments are conducted at intervals recommended by our specialists to ensure safety and effectiveness.
8.2. Conditions
- The full removal package is valid only for the original agreed tattoo(s) specified at the commencement of treatment.
- To maintain validity, you must adhere to treatment schedules and not have a lapse of more than 12 months between sessions.
- Client Responsibilities
9.1. Preparation for Treatment
- Tattoo Area:
- Ensure the tattoo area is clean and free from any products.
- Shaving:
- If applicable, shave the treatment area prior to your appointment.
- Sun Exposure:
- General Rule:
- Sun exposure (natural or artificial) in the tattoo area should be avoided at all times during the removal process.
- Exception for Holidays or Summer Breaks:
- If you have been exposed to the sun:
- Before Treatment:
- Avoid sun exposure on the treatment area for a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your next treatment.
- After Treatment:
- Avoid sun exposure on the treated area for a minimum of 2 weeks post-treatment to prevent complications.
- Before Treatment:
- If you have been exposed to the sun:
- General Rule:
- Avoid Topicals: Do not apply any creams, lotions, or makeup to the treatment area on the day of treatment.
9.2. Aftercare
- Follow all aftercare instructions provided by our specialists.
- Failure to adhere to aftercare guidelines may affect treatment outcomes and safety.
9.3. Medical Disclosure
- You must disclose all relevant medical history, conditions, and medications during consultation and update us of any changes before each treatment.
- If you develop any medical condition during the course of treatment, inform us immediately.
9.4. Under the Influence
- Treatment will be refused if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Such instances will be treated as a missed appointment.
9.5. Children and Pets
- Children are not permitted in treatment areas for safety reasons.
- If you bring children to the appointment, they must be supervised by another adult in the waiting area.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises, except for registered service animals.
- Treatment Suitability
- All clients must undergo a consultation and patch test to assess suitability for laser tattoo removal.
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
- In such cases, you will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation and patch test.
- Cancellation by Us
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event we need to cancel, we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
- If we cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, and cannot reschedule within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund for that session.
- Liability and Insurance
12.1. Limitation of Liability
- We carry professional liability insurance appropriate for our services.
- Our liability to you is limited to the value of the treatments provided.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, profits, or data.
12.2. Client Responsibility
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
- We will not be liable for adverse outcomes resulting from your failure to disclose necessary information.
- Privacy and Data Protection
- We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time.
