Al Boy

Al became addicted to tattooing the moment he tried it. The year was 2010, in his home town, Como, Italy. He picked up several tricks of the trade from different tattoo artists but one made a significant impact on his life, his mentor, Stizzo.

His tattooing style is best described as traditional and romantic yet eccentric. He looks to the Renaissance for artistic inspiration and traditional American tattoo flash as a base. His style is influenced by artists such as Da Vinci, Rafaelo, Perugino, Hieronimus, Bosh, Daci and Caravaggio, to name a few.

He is passionate with what he does and continues to have a positive outlook in life. He takes to heart his grandfather’s advice: “Always do the thing that you like and never do what doesn’t make you happy.”
