Ben began tattooing in 2017, apprenticing in Sydney, Australia, before returning home to Cloak And Dagger in 2018. His work is heavily rooted in the European and American traditional styles of tattooing, combining classic imagery with refined yet impactful design and application.
More recently, he has combined his love of Medieval history and art into his work. Drawing influences from manuscripts, paintings, architecture, design and folk traditions from the British Isles and Europe, he enjoys the similarity between the playful and naive imagery of both Medieval art and the tattoo flash of the early 20th century.
